Hi!

I have a lot of questions about a lot of things, lets find some answers together shall we?

It's My Birthday!

It's My Birthday!

Today I turn 24 years old, and after many years on this earth I am still learning and finding knowledge in the strangest places.  Everyday I acquire new views on the world and ways of perceiving the actions around me. So today, on the day my mother brought me into this world, I'm going to share with you three pieces of wisdom I've collected in the past 24 years.

First, always ALWAYS speak your mind. If you feel in danger, uncomfortable, or uneasy, in any situation regardless of food allergies, say something. No one can help you if you don't say anything, or know what you're thinking. Unfortunately we haven't developed the power to read minds, so if you feel like something is wrong you have to voice yourself!

Second, try it! If it is safe for you and your allergies you owe it to yourself to try it. With such limited diets already, we all owe it to ourselves to expand out pallet.

Third, Create a safety-net. Friends, family, teachers etc., are there to help you, they want to help you. You wouldn't believe what happens when you decide to tell people your issues, feelings, worries....THEY LISTEN. The people around you just want to help you, so let them.

It doesn't take a genius to figure this stuff out, but it does take some consideration to figure out whats important to you in this life. For me,importance has always been with my family, friends, and not letting my food allergies limit me on anything in this world

Let us know what you think is most important to you in this life in the comments

Cheers!
